This is a guide on how to Mute students within Chat/Posts in your team. When muting students, it means they are not able to reply or send anything in any post/text channel within that team.


Open up your Team so you are able to view everything. 

When in your Teams area, look for the 3 dots next to the Team name. 

When clicking on that, click the "Manage Team" option in the drop down list. 

When in the manage Team area, you are able to expand the amount of Students that are in the Team by clicking the arrow below the Staff members. 

In this area, you have a tick box to then mute the students. 

To mute, make sure the box is Ticked.

To unmute, make sure the box is NOT Ticked.
