To join a Teams Live event from a computer, please see below.

Please note: You must use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge web browsers to access via a computer.
No other browser is supported at this time


Instructions


  1. Click on the link you have been sent to join the live event




  2. If prompted to Open Microsoft Teams?, click Cancel. Then, click Watch on the Web Instead.


  3. On the next page, click on "Join anonymously" If you've signed into Teams before as your company/employer & get passed to a sign in page, please open an "InPrivate" or "Incognito" Browser and start with Step 1 again.


  4. You'll then be joined to the event. When the event starts you can watch the event on the left hand side of the screen.



  5. If you wish to ask a question, click on the "Ask a question button"


  6. Then enter your question on the screen that appears
    Please note: Questions will not be shown to everyone until approved by the live event organiser.


  7. That's it - Enjoy the event!
