Joining PPSS Teams as a guest (From other schools)

To join our PPSS Teams, please follow the instructions below.

Instructions

1. Check your school email
   
   
2. You will have recieved an email similar to the below inviting you to join a PPSS team.
   Click on "Open Microsoft Teams"
   
   
   Note: You must click on the "Open Microsoft Teams" link to accept the invite, as you can't join in via any other method.
   
   
   
3. If this is your first time joining a Team hosted by us, you'll need to accept a message similar to the below
   
   
   
   
4. Once you have accepted, you'll then be logged into the PPSS teams and see the teams you are a member of, like below
   
   
   
5. To switch back to your own schools Teams setup, click on the "Ken Stimpson Community School" name in the top right hand corner & then swap back to your school
